Chrome and Keychain bug

Every time Google Chrome starts, it asks for numerous passwords in the keychain. For example:

Google Chrome wants to use your confidential information stored in "" in your keychain. Do you want to allow access to this item?

This question pops up, even if you do not visit this website. It keeps asking these questions over and over, even if you press "Always Allow".

Jeff Benjamin explains at iDownloadBlog that Chrome trips over passwords that Safari has stored in the Keychain.

Open Apple's Keychain, and search for the affected passwords.

The two passwords in the screenshot are for the same website. The top entry is how Safari stores passwords. The bottom entry is how Chrome stores passwords. Chrome gets confused by two top entries (marked as "Web form passwords". Delete these, and Chrome will stop asking the above questions.
